Everything came fully assembled and greased. Fit well in my 2000 CR-V, the only thing I had to mess with a bit was the clip on the wire coming off the motor. Didn't have quite enough length between the clips but easy to adjust.

Buying this part saved me $400+ doing it myself as opposed to going to the dealership. It took me about an hour and a half to take off the door panel, take out the old part, put in the new one, and reassemble everything. That seems pretty quick to me considering I have almost no experience and Honda wanted $500 parts and labor. Highly recommend this part, here are links to the sources I used for installation help.
