The original OEM shocks on my MGM only have 50k miles on them, but they were riding very stiff for some reason. I've heard that KYBs would be stiff, but that might have only applied to the HD (police) version. I would say that for a civilian model, these are okay...but lack enough rebound damping for my taste. I don't know if the HD would be too stiff though.

Four Seasons/Trumark 35127 Blower Motor without Wheel Review

I just installed the blower motor yesterday to replace a blower motor that was annoying to me at low speeds. It was making a humming sound that did not sound healthy so I ordered a replacement.

After installing the new one, it ended up being about 3 times louder than the one that was bugging me!!! It does seem to blow more are than the original factory blower, but I'm considering returning because it did the opposite of what I intended.

Maybe the seller will see this and let me know that there is a break in period for these pumps? I'm probably going to see how it works over the next couple weeks and if there is no improvement will be returning.

3 stars because as far as functioning as a blower, it seems to be more powerful than factory, but incredibly louder.

VDO WL41950 Honda CRV Front Window Motor with Regulator Review

Everything came fully assembled and greased. Fit well in my 2000 CR-V, the only thing I had to mess with a bit was the clip on the wire coming off the motor. Didn't have quite enough length between the clips but easy to adjust.

Buying this part saved me $400+ doing it myself as opposed to going to the dealership. It took me about an hour and a half to take off the door panel, take out the old part, put in the new one, and reassemble everything. That seems pretty quick to me considering I have almost no experience and Honda wanted $500 parts and labor. Highly recommend this part, here are links to the sources I used for installation help.

Airaid 851-227 Direct Replacement Premium Dry Air Filter Review

I wanted to switch to a high performance, renewable filter. I didn't want an oiled filter, as they can create problems with the MAF sensor. I've had K&N, but I wanted to try Airraid.

I was impressed with the quality of the filter, much heavier than the last K&N I owned. This model number also fits the Cadillac CTS V (first gen). A bit of a change in throttle response, but you're not getting a huge deal of performance change from just a filter. It was time to change the filter and I wanted one that will last the life of the car. Time will tell how it performs, but initial impressions are good.
