I've purchased multiple Motorcraft rotor & drums via Amazon the past 4 yrs & all were good quality but these were exceptional. The coating Ford puts on them to prevent rust was superior to the oils they used to use. I was told it can be removed by brake cleaner but it was on quite heavy so I sanded the brake surface with my orbital sander using 120 grit then them wiped clean with brake cleaner. I'm hopeful the coating will help preventing the rust that occurs in NE OH. Rock Bottom Auto did a nice job packaging & shipping them in a timely manner
