I've ordered two of these so far. Each one has had the same issue. The pump is locked inside and if you take off the pickup screen you'll see the insides are shattered with pieces coming out. Either I received two of these a month apart with the same issue, or they took my return, DID NOT test it, and sealed it up in a new bag and sent it to me again. Deplorable! Despicable! Unbelievable!
