It took some work to get the cover on. But, I found the easiest way was once you get the majority of the cover on you sit on the side of the arm rest which compresses the foam and enables you to zip the cover over the old one. It took a little bit of searching to find the video for how to put the cover on from the seat shop website. But, it is on there. In the video they recommend using needle nose pliers to remove the clip to get the arm rest off. I found hemostats work best. But, they probably showed the needle nose pliers since most people won't have hemostats.
