After an exhaustive search, I opted for the Halo D4S bulbs for my Lexus. The bulbs arrived on-time....all three times! In the first set, the bulbs were loose in the manufacture's packaging. Given the cost, I did not open the actual bulb package assuming that one or both were damaged. Amazon was great with the return and getting me out replacement bulbs. It was just frustrating as I had no lights on my car during the three day time frame. The second round came packaged fine, but a bulb was defective (flicked and turned off every time the lights where turned on.). Amazon sent a third package....again the bulbs were loose in the manufacture's packaging....but they worked. I had a time sensitive need for bulbs and thus overnight'd my shipment, but in the end it took some time to straighten out the three separate orders and two returns. So far, the bulbs work fine although I question how long they will work give Halo's lack of quality assurance in packaging at least. I have to say though, Amazon's Customer Service was great!
