I purchased this while in crisis mode when my basement started to flood. It worked as designed. I later used it to vacuum up construction debris from demo work on tile and drywall repair. Vacuumed up everything beautifully. I even was able to purchase a new filter for it with no problem when it was time for a new one. Great product that is probably a little large for a condo or town house owner (like I am). But it definately was the best investment I ever made. I would have spent FOREVER trying to vaccum up all that drywall dust with a real vacuum cleaner (and probably would have broken the vacuum cleaner at the same time....)
