I ordered 2 seats for my spouse and me. I installed one in my car on leather seats. The first time I used it, it felt so good!!! Then I found that one of the plastic connectors, on the ends of elastic straps, broke. Calling Amazon customer support and the vendor did no good; their only solution was to return the seat for a refund. Could not even get a replacement; would have to reorder! So I found the manufacturer online - it wasn't easy. But with no haggling, I was sent a replacement plastic part which was easy to replace for the broken piece. The cooling seat makes one sit a bit higher, and it tends to slide toward the console when one slides into the seat, but the fan & cooling breeze on ones nether parts is well worth the minor issues.
