I used this Bosch 13644 Oxygen Sensor to replace a malfunctioning sensor in a 2002 Lexus IS300. This replacement sensor is a perfect replacement as it uses the OEM factory connector.

The car check engine light had turned on and on-board diagnostics (OBD2) revealed a P061 Oxygen O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank 2, Sensor 2).
