An all weather condition shock absorber, contains oil with excellent temperature-viscosity performance (-45° C to 100 C), reduces the wearing of the internal valve components, providing longer durability. the hub cap is a good fit to the rim and the quality is good enough. the problem is that the advertisment is for black decals for the center of the hubcap. what I got was white decals......twice......the first order was white decals.....then I ordered another set of hubcaps with black decals.......but I got white decals insted...I think somebody should send me a set of black decals for free.....
