i bought my jvc about 4 months ago and i havent had any problems with it. no skips, clear reciption, and easy to use.

one thing is that all the buttons light up red....which means if you have a blue interior it may not look so great. but mines red int. so its perfect. but thats the only thing i could possibly see wrong with it

JT Drive Chain 520 X1R Heavy Duty Expert Series X-Ring Drive Chain - 104 Links , Chain Length: 104, Chain Type: 520, Chain Application: Street, Color: Natural JTC520X1R104RL Review

I bought this chain for use on my 1982 Honda FT500 Ascot. It is slightly smaller than the stock chain for a slight reduction in weight and life--it's more than enough for a smaller engined motorcycle though.
I found the x-ring design to be good although I have seen zero empirical evidence that x-ring is better than o-ring. With regular maintenance they both work fine.
It arrived lubed with the thick, white grease, and included a rivet-style master link. I'm more comfortable with a rivet style over the clip style. To round out the final drive maintenance I replaced the front and rear sprockets with JT Sprockets. I'm very happy with all three.
